Roadside Assistance
Supercity Towing is a preferred supplier for all the major Roadside Assistance providers. We contract to NZRA, First Assistance, and insurance companies such as State and AA Roadside. If you are not registered for these services, call us directly for immediate assistance.

Accident and Recovery
Car accidents can happen quickly and often result in needing emergency assistance as you may not be able to drive any further. Our Auckland City towing services include vehicle recovery and we can arrange with your insurance company to cover the service cost. Our drivers will be happy to transport your vehicle to our closest depot or a workshop of your choice.

As the country learns to operate throughout many levels of lockdown, Supercity Towing has designed and implemented a comprehensive plan in order to not only keep our customers safe, but to offer the best possible service given the unfortunate circumstances. Whether it be simply wearing a mask or disinfecting your hands, we have thought of all danger areas and a way to completely eradicate them. Safety is our responsibility.

Washing Hands
All operators and staff must wash hands and disinfected using alcohol based solution before any social interaction.

Wearing Gloves
All operators and staff are required to wear gloves in circumstances outside of a vehicle.

Face Masks
All operators and staff are required to wear a mask when they are within a 3 metre radius of any person.

In-cab safety
All trucks will be supplied with wipes and disinfectant. Passenger seats will be lined with covering which is swapped between each user.

Vehicle Hygiene
Between each job, operators and staff are required to disinfect all areas of the internal truck cab. Including doors, steering, gears, windows, etc.

Job Measures
Our operators and staff will be ready with all forms of protective gear, including, gloves, masks and various face shields. All jobs will be done with extreme distance measuring, and all aspects of the job will be disinfected throughout the prodecure.

Ventilation
Our fleet vehicles are required to use window based ventilation. No air conditioning is permitted during jobs that require passengers.

Stationary
All customer facing stationary will be one use only, and replaced upon new customer. A surplus of stationary will be provider to drivers at all times.

Depots
Our depots will be strictly one person at a time with government mandated social distancing regulations. All depot staff will have appropriate protective gear, and disinfectant for surface cleaning between customers.
